Stanslaus M Takaendisa [BCom ACCA] - Chairman
Mr Stanley Takaendisa is a qualified and vastly experienced chartered accountant who trained with one of the big five accounting firms in Zimbabwe. He has more than 20 years post qualification experience in the fields of finance, retail and agriculture.

Casper Mateza - Non Executive Director
Casper is a seasoned Legal Practitioner and is currently a Partner at Zenas Legal Practice where he heads the Labour and Recoveries portfolios. He also heads the Finance and Administration department of the firm. With extensive experience in commercial law practice in general with a particular bias towards Business Finance and Recoveries, his exposure in these areas has given him wide experience in cooperate advisory, debt restructuring and debt recovery practice. His footprints in these areas have seen him head both the Labour and Debt Recovery Department at Zenas Legal Practice since 2018. He holds an LLB from the University of Zimbabwe (2016), Casper is currently a Business Administration Candidate with the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe. He has also acquired a Diploma in Leadership & Development Studies (UK).

Edmund Nengare - Non Executive Director
Seasoned and highly accomplished former banking executive with nearly 4 decades of dynamic experience at a senior management level. Demonstrable expertise in management, internal auditing, risk governance. Astutely managed numerous teams at country and regional level across Southern Africa. Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Secretary (ACIS). Currently holds two years of experience in internal control and audit management in the agro-mechanical industry with a focus on manufacturing, importation and distribution of agriculture and industrial equipment.

Mr Stanley Tsikirayi - Non Executive Director
Mr. Tsikirayi is a qualified banking professional from the Institute of Bankers of Harare, Zimbabwe, majoring in International Banking, Accounting and Management. Mr. Tsikirayi worked in the banking field for 34 years, most of which spent with Standard Chartered Group where he had spells in Zimbabwe, Sierra Leone, The Gambia, Tanzania and UK. He grew from strength to strength in terms of skills and climbed progressively the ladders of leadership within the SCB Group from a junior clerk to the Chief Executive Officer, a position which he held for 8 years in Sierra Leone, The Gambia and Tanzania. He retired from SCB in 2007 and spent a few years in consultancy services in the financial services sector. His most illuminous consultancy were the credit and risk consultancy with the Banque Commerciale du Rwanda between January 2008 and October 2009 and financial consultancy to the UK based financial services institution Mickey Tee Investments from October 2009 to January 2011. He returned to executive roles in 2011 as the CEO and Managing Director of Opportunity Tanzania, a part of Opportunity International, a global micro financing company with 53 implementing members serving nearly 4 million clients in 23 countries providing loans to the poor to lift them out of poverty. He retired in 2015 to concentrate on Board roles and consultancy services.

Tamirira Rusheche - Managing Director
Tamirira has over 2 decades in microfinance and development finance. He is experienced business leader and strategist who specializes identifying and transforming business opportunities. He was the managing director for Microking Finance for 5 years in which period he managed to transform the organisation into the best performing unit within the then Kingdom Financial Holding Group. Under his leadership, the organisation managed to develop crosscutting relationships with both local and international DFIs and NGOs. He spearheaded Microking Finance’s outreach programs to rural and peri-urban areas through partnerships and linkages various stakeholders ranging from government, development sector and other private sector players. Tamirira holds a BAcc (Hons) and MBA degrees from the University of Zimbabwe and has attended several workshops and training on microfinance. Tamirira is the past Vice Chairman and board member of the ZAMFI.
